Alex Demyanenko is a veteran creator and producer with over 500 hours of television, including nearly a dozen hit series and specials. With experience on both sides of the industry — as a network executive and as the head of development for major global production companies — he has shaped everything from mass-appeal unscripted franchises reaching 150+ million viewers to acclaimed documentaries, award-winning podcasts, and cutting-edge AR experiences.

Bastards of the Party is a cinematic journey of self-discovery that spans half a century, calling on everyone from historians to gang members to government officials and ghosts of the past to fill in the blanks of a largely unwritten history. Delving deep into the complex history of gang culture in Los Angeles, Bone, a member of the Athens Park Bloods, traces his roots all the way back to the 1950s when the first black gangs formed to protect themselves, into the political awakening of the '60s, through the tumultuous aftermath of the civil rights movement, and finally into the modern era of Bloods and Crips. "Bastards of the Party" paints a vivid picture of the interconnectedness between gang violence, systemic racism, and government policies, exposing the devastating impact all of these forces had on communities of color. Through its thought-provoking narrative, powerful imagery, and unparalleled access to modern gangs, "Bastards of the Party" leaves a lasting impression and profound impact, challenging audiences to confront the deep-rooted issues of inequality and injustice that plague society.

The Machine" tells the story of the 2017 Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits, and their journey to carry on the tradition of the Poly football legends who've come before them.Coached by Superbowl champion Antonio Pierce, the one- time powerhouse program is still one of the top producers of NFL talent but has become a perennial underdog.In a field dominated by million dollar private schools and sports academies, Poly must fight to stay relevant as an underfunded public school.
